There can be many reasons why we fail to achieve something we thought originally to be exciting and challenging but yet achievable.

Our mind will deliver to us what we fear the most, believe it or not we encourage it to do so based upon our thoughts and actions.

So, if you are facing more obstacles than you expected you are probably focusing on the negative aspect of the result rather than the positive steps you have taken.

Managing your mindset, educating your mind subconsciously will deliver a different outcome. I will work with you using different techniques to help you find what is within you to improve your current situation.

I coach on MINDSET. 

For me, the right MINDSET is key to reaching the goals we want in life. I work with high achievers who have an insatiable desire to move forward to their next level by redefining not just goals and objectivities but also their identity.

I provide solutions through Mentoring and Coaching for those who seek improvement, clarity, and purpose with their lives. My core values of impact, growth and remaining authentic at all times are my critical success factors.

My background was in the Finance & Insurance industry, working for major European Bank subsidiaries. I managed a select team of high achievers, with a clear objective of improving bottom line ROI with effective cost management. My key responsibilities included, providing an integrated succession planning programme and the delivery of new business objectives in several European countries. Integrating a cross-border sales team, managing expectations, managing change, dealing with cultural differences, and providing clear goals and objectives was an everyday challenge. 

Having a positive MINDSET was crucial, it was a critical success factor back in those days and it still is today, many would argue it has an even greater relevance.

I do not work with everyone. There has to be a fit on all sides.

I can help with setting a clear vision, set of goals, a purpose for those who want this, but it all starts with the MIND.

Mindset is basically defined as a mental attitude or inclination and it can be split into four areas: –

GROWTH MINDSET: “With hard work, determination, tenacity and effort, I can get smarter and better”.

SELF-EFFICACY MINDSET: “Deep down I have belief and I can succeed”.

SENSE OF BELONGING: “I belong here”.

RELEVANCE: “This work has a purpose for me and I want to develop”.

In life, sooner or later we face problems, some small, some big. How we learn to deal with problems is the insight into MINDSET.

MINDSETS can be really hard to change. We all have cognitive biases that often get in the way of assessing new beliefs. It can take on average five to six weeks to change a mindset, it can also take longer. The answer will depend on how deeply ingrained the behavior is that requires a change as well as your limiting beliefs.

Many people with a fixed MINDSET obstruct their own development through their belief in innate talent and their fear of failure.

Do not confuse MINDSET with ATTITUDE.

Your MINDSET is how you see the world around you. Your ATTITUDE is how you interact with the world according to how you see things.
